• A player who passes up bad shots and only takes good shots.

• A player who uses his dribble for a purpose.

• A player who can make free throws.

• A player who treats others with respect.

When you get what you want in your struggle for self
And the world makes you king for a day,
Just go to a mirror and look at yourself
And see what the man has to say.
For it isn't your father, mother or wife

The fellow whose verdict counts most in life
Is the one staring back from the glass.
Some people might think you are a straight-shooting chum
And call you a wonderful guy.

If you can't look him straight in the eye.
